About

I’m Almir Sarajčić, a software consultant and founder of Optimum Tech, LLC. I specialize in Elixir, Phoenix and agentic development. I help teams deliver features, get faster feedback from their development workflows, and make coding agents useful on real projects.

I use coding agents to deliver software and take responsibility for the technical decisions, verification and final result.

I’m also developing Kogen, a software-building system designed around feature shaping, implementation, checks and independent review. Kogen Bench presents experiments, methods and results on coding agents and software verification.

I’ve worked in software since 2012 and with Elixir on side projects since 2017 and professionally since 2020. My work includes taking products from proof of concept into production, improving existing applications, and building the checks and tooling around delivery.

I’m based in Kenya (UTC+3) and work in Bosnian and English. You can explore my other products, work history and CV (PDF), or get in touch about your project.
